Guide to Buying Online
Set out below is a brief guide on how you can order securely from our website. If you have any questions or problems please email or call us and we will be very happy to help.
- You can view our flower collections by clicking on the links on the left side of our website.
- On the collection pages you view the product details and prices by clicking on the product pictures.
- To return to the Collection simply use the browser back button or the collection links.
- If you don't see anything you like you can Create Your Own Flowers by clicking on the link on the bottom left hand side of the website.
- Once you have decided on your product simply select your price and colour(if applicable) and click the BUY button
- After clicking on BUY you are taken to a page where you enter the recipients details, the message to accompany the flowers and any delivery instructions
- Before you are taken to the payment page you are given an opportunity to add champagne, chocolates or gifts to your order.
- Once you have clicked on "checkout" you are taken to the Secure Trading payment page.
- Secure Trading, one of the UK's leading payment processors takes your payment. Our website does not receive any of your credit card details.
- Once your payment is approved an email confirming the order will be sent to the email address provided by you during the payment process.
