Review: Pic 1 Xmas flowers. Pic 2 Beautiful Mother’s Day flowers from my favourite florist. Once again you have created a superb bouquet of flowers. Extremely pleased as always 🙂 I highly recommend as you won’t be disappointed. The flowers are arranged beautifully, fresh, and packaged so nicely. My mum loves them every time and she also loved the heart balloon 🙂 They also made an Arsenal custom reef which was so beautiful and I’m so pleased with the service received every time. 🙂

Phoned at 08:35. Spoke to a lovely Canadian lady named Karen, no laughing she commented!
Explained I needed a delivery today before 13:00 for a family member who’d lost her husband at the weekend. Yep! That’s possible and can do she said.
I asked for specific flowers and wanted them bright and cheerful in a tied bunch for a vase, with an accompanying card – everything was agreed including price & delivery address.
Karen, called me back about 9:30 saying the Dutch flowers hadn’t arrived however, if I was happy, she would choose the flowers that they had fresh and make a suitable bunch. Brilliant I said, I’ll go with that! Communication was superb.
Had a message with photos from my partner, approx 12:20 stating they’d just arrived. Now that, is service!! Friendly and punctual!
The recipient was extremely happy and overwhelmed with such an amazing bunch of flowers at such a grief stricken time.

Review: Ordered flowers from here for tables decoration for our wedding party in November and everything was fabulous. Very nice service, the lady suggested her idea how it would be the best way to do it. They delivered the flowers by themselves, instructed the staff how they should keep the flowers to be fresh for the next day…
